Years ago, I found myself navigating chronic insomnia and depression while balancing motherhood and a demanding corporate career. On the outside, life looked successful, yet internally I felt disconnected, depleted, and longing for deeper meaning and alignment.

My healing journey led me to the transformative work of energy, mind, and emotions. Through this path, I became a certified EME (Energy, Mind & Emotion) practitioner, Psych-K facilitator, and level 3 Geo Love practitioner. These modalities supported profound shifts by addressing subconscious belief systems and releasing mental, emotional, and energetic blocks that were keeping me stuck.

By healing at the root level, I was able to reconnect with myself, restore balance, and step into a more embodied, fulfilled way of living.

Today, I support others in reconnecting to their inner wisdom and rediscovering the beauty and wholeness already within them. My work is rooted in compassion, presence, and deep transformational healing—guiding clients to move beyond limitation and into clarity, freedom, and alignment.
