I am heart-led, and passionate about helping others release blockages, restore balance and reconnect with their authentic self. I am continually learning about energy work, spiritual growth, and personal development for myself and to assist others on their journey. I find joy in creativity and connection. I volunteer at my local humane society, paint, craft, and love spending time at the beach or going on a hike. Being out in nature, and spending time with animals are my happiest places.
